Prior to founding Echo, Reena worked solely as an independent PR consultant with award-winning global PR agencies and nationally recognized nonprofit organizations in the healthcare arena in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Chicago, and Raleigh to bring attention to numerous therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular diseases; dermatology; endocrinology; infectious diseases; mental health; neurology; oncology; ophthalmology; pediatrics; respiratory diseases; sleep and related treatments.
From grassroots public health initiatives to national celebrity-driven campaigns to product launches, she has delved deeply into fundamental PR and marketing components while working in the large and fast-paced healthcare industry.
